The practice

What is Bhakti& Naad Yoga?

Bhakti is the path of devotion. Naad is sound — and Naad Yoga is the practice of listening to sound, working with it, and letting it work on you.

This 50-hour immersive course brings the two together over seven days in Rishikesh: voice and breath, mantra, the harmonium, the foundations of Indian music and raaga, and the stillness of nada meditation.

It is an immersion rather than a teacher training — an invitation to experience sound and devotion from the inside.
